It is the village more closely connected to the life of this Nature Reserve since it is located at the end of one of them, Laguna del Rey.

Inside its small urban area, there live some 700 inhabitants and we can find a small and interesting number of hallmarks, among them: the King’s House, the Administrator’s House and the ruins of the Gunpowder Factory.
Also, in its surroundings we can enjoy charming locations like El Hundimiento or the Mirador de la Laguna del Rey, take different paths to visit the reserve or to program various activities: canoeing, sailing, diving and other activities as well.

Ruidera offers a varied display of tourist services: hotels, restaurants, camp-sites, crafts, an enterprise for active tourism and activities.
