Alhambra: Alhambra, the most western village of Campo de Montiel, proudly enjoys the fact of being one of the largest municipalities in the country.

Placed on top of a reddish hill that gives it its name of la roja (the red one), visitors may find attractive archaeological treasures there and, together with its Arab castle, it can become into an interesting stop.

In the village we will discover various observation sites which allow us to enjoy unparalleled sights of the great plain and of nearby Sierra de Alhambra, nowadays dotted with modern mills.
